Shipping Information

Shipping is based on weight and dimensions of item. Items are packaged and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. All items are shipped insured to anywhere within the continental United States.

Easy Returns & Exchanges 

With the exception of the certain items, merchandise purchased from Guitars to Your Door may be returned for refund, credit or exchange within 10 days from date of purchase, provided it is in fully salable condition and returned with all packaging and accessories. 

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Call us within the evaluation period at 317-468-0601 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You are responsible for the shipping and insurance charges to return the merchandise to us. Please insure the merchandise for its full value. We cannot assume responsibility for damage incurred in shipment. You will be issued a refund less the restocking fee and original shipping and insurance charges after we have received and inspected the merchandise.

All instruments sold on Guitars to Your Door are subject to a 24-hour evaluation period, beginning at the time of confirmed delivery. Instruments may be returned within that period for any reason provided they are in their original delivered condition.
